Banyan Street Capital Inks 6K-SF Office Lease in Tampa
Banyan Street Capital has inked a 5,700-square-foot office lease with Lykes Bros. Inc. on the 25th floor of Rivergate Tower in Tampa.
Rivergate Tower is a 515,000-square-foot, 31-story office tower built in 1988. The tower is located at 400 N. Ashley Drive in Tampa’s central business district and features a new 6,000-square-foot fitness center, tenant lounge and two modern conference facilities.
“Rivergate Tower is pleased to welcome Lykes Bros. Inc., and we are very excited to have them as a new, valued tenant,” said Larry Chapman, managing director at Banyan Street Capital. “Lykes was seeking to relocate their offices to a building that offered them updated amenities and extensive water views, which they found at Rivergate Tower. We have invested more than $15 million over the last three years in extensive upgrades throughout this asset, and we are achieving continued success in attracting quality tenants such as Lykes.”
