Banner Real Estate Sells 224-Unit Apartment Property in Raleigh

JLL has arranged the sale of The Lincoln, a 224-unit, mid-rise apartment property in Raleigh. Jeff Glenn, Andrea Howard, Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark and John Currin of JLL represented the seller, Banner Real Estate Group, in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 408 E. Hargett St., the property was completed in 2015 and sits on two acres in Raleigh’s historic Moore Square District. Units average 759 square feet and include modern features such as wood-style flooring, granite countertops, oversized windows, GE stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets. Amenities include a pool and sundeck and well as an outdoor fireplace with entertainment areas.

Roger Edwards and Matthew Schoenfeldt of JLL secured debt financing on behalf of the buyer, who was undisclosed.
