Banner Claims Space at Scottsdale’s SkySong

Banner Innovation Group leased 8,300 square feet at SkySong 2, a 150,000-square-foot Class A office property in Scottsdale. The department within Banner Health focuses on developing innovate care delivery and business models, patient experiences, development of transformative partnerships and rapid scaling of solutions.

During the current COVID-19 public health crisis, Banner Innovation Group is partnering with public and private sector groups to meet the growing demand for supplies for health care professionals, including PPE, 3D printing of masks and face shields and gown manufacturing options.

Banner Innovation Group will collaborate with building owners, Plaza Companies and Holualoa Companies, to meet the growing COVID-19 crisis. The group also has an extensive relationship with ASU, which is expected to expand. The new location at North Scottsdale Road near East McDowell Road consolidates two Banner Innovation Group spaces that were on opposite ends of the Valley.

JLL’s Vicki Robinson represented the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Coppola Cheney Group advised the landlord.
