Bank of America to Relocate to Pearl Office Towers
Bank of America signed a lease with developer Silver Ventures to take space in the Pearl Office Towers, a two-building, 334,000-square-foot development in San Antonio’s Pearl Street District, near the CBD. The bank will occupy two and a half floors in the six-story building, and will have a retail presence at street level. The relocation is being planned for Q3 2020.
The new space will consolidate banking operations currently located at 200 Concord Plaza Dr. and 300 Convent St. The operations include business banking, consumer bank, home loans, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Middle Market and U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management.
The office tower in which Bank of America will relocate is one of two that Silver Ventures is building at Broadway and Grayson Streets. The adjacent, one-story building will be owned and occupied by Credit Human.
