Bank Acquires KS Site for Commercial HQ

First Heritage Bank completed the acquisition of a 0.22-acre tract in the new Lenexa City Center development in Lenexa, KS. The site will serve as the location of the bank’s new 5,500-square-foot branch.

JLL’s RJ Trowbridge led the site selection process on behalf of First Heritage Bank. Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, PC provided legal representation to First Heritage, while Colliers International’s Kimberly Tranbarger represented the seller.

“This new building will serve as the headquarters of our commercial banking division, which currently serves customers throughout the Kansas City metro,” said Tyler Bachman, EVP, First Heritage Bank. “In addition, we hope to be a convenient banking option for consumers and businesses alike around the City Center area.”

Kansas City-based Davidson Architecture + Engineering is serving as the architect for the bank’s new branch, while Kansas City-based Miller Stauch Construction is the general contractor. A December 2020 completion/opening is anticipated.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
