Bang Energy to Open 644K-SF Manufacturing Facility in Lithia Springs

JLL’s Atlanta and Miami industrial team has secured a 644,040-square-foot warehouse space for sports beverage company Bang Energy at the Lithia Springs Distribution Center in Metro Atlanta. The space will be the beverage company’s first manufacturing facility in the Southeast and will bring approximately 600 new jobs to the area.

Located at 7705 Staples Drive in Lithia Springs, the facility offers access to major highways and is approximately 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Once fully operational, Bang Energy will have the capacity to produce more than 4,000 cans per day. The facility is also equipped with 37,462 square feet of office space.

Sky Groden, Chris Tomasulo and Rose Davidson of JLL represented Bang Energy in the transaction. Bang Energy will invest $145 million to open the facility.
