Bang Energy Drink Producer Expands by 218K SF at Everman Trade Center

Vital Pharmaceutical Inc., producer and distributor of the popular Bang Energy drinks, leased an additional 217,537 square feet of distribution space in south Fort Worth. The tenant, headquartered in Florida, is taking down the additional space at the just-completed Everman Trade Center Building A, at 160 W. Everman Fwy. The company already operates in 38,463 square feet in Everman Trade Center’s Building B.

JLL’s Jamie Galati and Sky Groden represented Vital Pharmaceuticals in the lease negotiation. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Everman Trade Center LP. “Their incredible growth and continued expansion in this region have been remarkable,” Galati said. “This shows that their strategy to grow in the dynamic DFW market, and specifically the resurging South Fort Worth submarket, is succeeding exceptionally well.”

Vital Pharmaceutical will take occupancy of the new space in late Q1 2020/early Q2 2020.
