Baltimore’s Wills Wharf Lands Jellyfish’s U.S. HQ Relocation
Baltimore’s Harbor Point development, the $117-million Wills Wharf, just landed its first tenant, Jellyfish, a London-based digital marketing agency. The company inked a 34,645 square foot deal, taking the full sixth floor of the new 12-story, 330,000-square-foot tower delivering in 2019.
Jellyfish will relocate 140 employees from 250 South President St. to the new office on the waterfront. The mixed-use project is being developed by Beatty Development Group.
Located on the waterfront of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, the building will also feature a 156-room Canopy by Hilton hotel. Harbor Point is a 27-acre development estimated to cost $1.5 billion at full buildout in 2022.
Savills Studley’s Ryan Miller and George Santos represented Jellyfish. The landlord was advised by JLL’s Antony Gross, Rob Freeman and Peter Jackson.
