Baltimore’s St. Paul Plaza Office Tower Trades for $44M

Miami-based investors Sea N Blue LLC have acquired the St. Paul Plaza office tower and parking garage in downtown Baltimore for $44 million.

The investors paid $33.6 million for the office tower and $10.4 million for the 890-space parking garage. Currently, the office tower is anchored by the Maryland Attorney General’s office, which leases approximately 110,000 square feet at the building. The Maryland Insurance Administration is the building’s second largest tenant at the tower, occupying 74,000 square feet.

The 261,867-square-foot office tower was built in 1989 and currently has approximately 16,000 square feet of office space available.
