Baltimore Topgolf Listed for $59M 

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has listed a Topgolf location in Baltimore, Maryland, at 1411 Warner Street.  

The property spans over 65,000 square feet and is in the developing entertainment district of the city. It’s situated next to Walk at Warner Street, which features a 4,000-seat concert venue, a 320-key hotel, Yards Social Bar, and retail space.  

The property is listed at $59,324,333 and includes a 20-year absolute net lease with Topgolf. The venue is owned by the original developer and was built in October 2022.
