Baltimore Office Tower Adds Three Leases

Several lease transactions have been completed at Galleria Towers in Lutherville, Baltimore.

Konare Law and Peak Management have signed leases with Hill Management Services, while HWK Law Group and Lawyers Express Title have expanded their presence in the building. The cumulative leasing activity totals nearly 17,000 square feet of space.

Hill Management recently executed a $3 million property enhancement program at the building, updating the first-floor entrance, adding a conference room, and a 24/7 fitness center with TechnoGym technology. Ashley Zito and Danielle Bridge of Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord in all three leasing transactions.
