Baltimore MXU Project Lands F45 Fitness Concept

Baltimore-area mixed-use project Marketplace at Fells Point has inked a 2,500-square-foot lease with F45 Training, a boutique fitness retail concept.

Located at 622 S. Broadway, F45 Fells Point will offer fitness programs that change daily and consist of more than 4,000 exercises. Workouts at F45 merge several group training styles into one and includes elements of high-intensity interval training, circuit training and functional training. The location will be F45 Training’s first in Baltimore.

Sarah Potts of Papadopoulos Properties Inc. represented F45 in the transaction. The property is owned by Klein Enterprises.
