Balfour Beatty Hired for Phase One, Grove at Shoal Creek

Trammell Crow Co. and ARG Bull Creek Ltd. hired Balfour Beatty to build the first phase of the Grove at Shoal Creek in Austin. The contractor will be responsible for 206,676 square feet in the commercial/mixed-use component, consisting of office and retail space. Dirt work has begun on the project, situated at 45^th and Bull Creek in Central Austin. The first phase was designed by Gensler, and is scheduled for completion by early 2020.

The commercial component of the development will include 185,000 square feet of office space, along with retail and entertainment space. The residential component offers single-family and multifamily homes.
