Bale, O’Connor Move to Cushman & Wakefield

Additional healthcare brokerages relocations are taking place in Phoenix, as Sheila Bale and Ryan O’Connor have moved from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) to Cushman & Wakefield’s healthcare division as managing director and senior director, respectively. Also joining the team from NGKF is Samuel Gillespie, who will provide client support.

The team, which brings a combined 22 years of experience in the healthcare real estate market, will be adding to Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Real Estate Group platform. Bale will focus on market, sales and leasing of medical space, while O’Connor will handle landlords and tenant representation of office properties, with a focus on healthcare providers.

“Sheila and Ryan have a wide-range of experience dealing with complex and competitive transactions and providing sound, unique solutions – they are an outstanding addition to our team,” said Bryon Carney, Cushman & Wakefield’s Regional Managing Principal.
