
Balcor Moving Ahead with Second Phase of Houston Mixed-Use Project
Following the success of Parc Binz I, a mixed-use development featuring offices and restaurants in the heart of Houston’s museum district, Balcor Commercial has announced phase two: Parc Binz II.
“As Park Binz I is fully leased, we look forward to providing another high-quality development in this area of town,” says Balcor’s Chris Balat. “Pre-leasing is going very well. We’ve had a great deal of interest from medical office and retail tenants,”
Park Binz II has begun construction on the half-acre site located on Binz St. directly across from Park Binz I. The new 5-story development will contain roughly 40,000 square feet dedicated to office space and restaurants.
Park Binz II is planning to open between late 2023 and early 2024. Balcor Companies is an investment firm composed of three divisions, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, and Private Equity headquartered in the Museum District of Houston, Texas.
