Bakery Relocates, Expands into San Bernardino

Old Town Baking Company is relocating and expanding to a new facility in San Bernardino, CA later this year. The family-owned bakeshop will expand into a 20,000-square-foot location it acquired for $1.2 million.

The bakery will bring 50 employees to the new location, which was a former furniture store at 999 S. E St. Old Town Baking Co. previously leased 4,400 square feet in Rancho Cucamonga, where it had been located since its founding in 1999.

The new San Bernardino location will be primarily used for manufacturing, though will also include a retail component, a requirement of businesses in that part of the city. The company expects the expanded facility will allow it to secure business with larger customers.

Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Spencer Hull represented both buyer and undisclosed seller.
