Cushman & Wakefield has advised in the sale of a portfolio comprised of two hotels totaling 229 rooms in Reno, NV. Reno-based Bajwa Properties acquired the 94-key Staybridge Suites and the 135-key Hilton Garden Inn for an undisclosed price, and will retain Aimbridge Hospitality to manage the hotels.

“The buyer moved up the brand food chain with these acquisitions in a market that it already operates numerous hotels,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Murney who represented the seller along with the firm’s Steve Avanzino. “Located within minutes of each other in South Reno, these two properties provide convenient access to freeways, business and Reno-Tahoe Airport plus walkability to nearby amenities.”

Staybridge Suites is located at 10559 Professional Circle and features a 24-hour business center, onsite meeting room and fitness center. Hilton Garden Inn is located at 9920 Double R Blvd and includes an on-site restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool and event space.
