Bainbridge Cos. Opens 304-Unit MF Community in Charlotte

Bainbridge Cos., in partnership with GrayCo Capital Advisors, has announced the opening of Bainbridge Research Park, a 304-unit market-rate multifamily community in Charlotte.

Located in the North Charlotte neighborhood, the garden-style community features a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, private conference rooms, coffee bar, game room and a dog park, as well as a pet spa.
