BAE Systems Signs 119K-SF Industrial Lease in New Hampshire

Multinational defense, security, and aerospace company BAE systems signed a 119,000-square-foot lease at 36 Executive Dr. in Hudson, NH. NKF’s industrial team represented the landlord, Novaya Real Estate, in the transaction. BAE Systems was represented by Robert Rohrer and Andrew Robbins at Colliers International.

The property features 32-foot clear heights, 40-foot column spacing and ample loading and trailer parking. After the lease to BAE, there is approximately 95,000 square feet of available space at the property.

“The lease-up of 36 Executive Dr. reflects the scarcity of Class A industrial facilities North of Boston,” said Jeff Theobald, principal at Novaya. “We are pleased to forge a new partnership with BAE Systems and welcome them to Hudson.”
