Badiee Development Delivers Carlsbad Innovate

La Jolla-based Badiee Development completed construction of Carlsbad Innovate, a 50,150-square-foot adaptive flex industrial building in Carlsbad. The asset is located at 2810 Caribou Ct. in the Carlsbad Oaks North Business Park.

Badiee Development’s Scott Merry says, “Carlsbad Innovate provides contemporary and innovative flex industrial space to meet strong tenant demand in North San Diego County. Colliers International’s team helped attract high-quality tenants for Carlsbad Innovate and was able to lease the building up to 70% occupancy following recent completion of construction.”

Tenants include Zense, an innovator in diabetic predictive health solutions, which took 15,000 square feet, and The Berg Group, a commercial drywall contractor, signed on to occupy 6,650 square feet.

Colliers International’s Conor Boyle, Ted Cuthbert and Tyler Stemley represented the landlord and is currently working to lease the remaining roughly 15,558 square feet of available space.
