Badiee Breaks Ground on Escondido Victory Industrial Park
La Jolla, CA-based Badiee Development commenced construction on Escondido Victory Industrial Park, Escondido, CA’s first new industrial development in more than a decade. The milestone launched the developer’s first of two planned industrial projects in the city.
Escondido Mayor Sam Abed says, “The Escondido Victory Industrial Park is an innovatively designed development that will attract top-tier manufacturing, e-commerce, and research and development companies that create high-caliber jobs locally.”
The 91,000-square-foot project is located at 2005 Harmony Grove Rd., and is expected to deliver in spring of 2018. The project is comprised of two modern industrial buildings featuring contemporary building design including outdoor areas that open to the Escondido Creek, high clear height ceilings and mezzanine space among other features.
Badiee Development plans to break ground on Escondido Innovation Park, a second major industrial multi-tenant project, this coming fall.
