Back Bay Office Building Adds New Leases 

A.W. Perry, a real estate investment and services firm, has announced a series of lease transactions at 420 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Local law firm Butters & Brazilian LLP has leased 3,928 square feet on the 4th floor and expanded by an additional 545 square feet within the first five months of their tenancy. 

Long-term tenant renewals and expansions include Mass Capital Resources, Plan-It Marketing, Alliance Consulting Group, and CRI Foundation. The Berkeley Building at 420 Boylston Street is a Historic Restoration owned and managed by A.W. Perry. The property offers office and ground-floor retail space, with retailers including Citizens Bank, Capsule Pharmacy, and Massage Envy.
