Bacara to Feature 170 Townhomes Upon Opening in Late 2022

Bacara, located at 24808 Prielipp Rd. in Wildomar, will feature 170 one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes upon opening in late 2022. Bacara is the first of five single-family rental home communities in California, including two in Riverside County and three in metropolitan Sacramento.

Tricon is partnering with local developer Foremost Pacific Group and its sister construction firm, Woodbridge Pacific Group, to entitle and construct the project. Tricon equity and its partner ASRS equity are investing $155 million into these five projects, which will deliver a total of 908 homes when completed.
