B6 Tapped to Sell Luxury High-Rise in Far Rockaway

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been retained to sell Ocean Blue, a luxury apartment building at 120 Beach 26th St. in Far Rockaway, Queens.

Consisting of 126 units, along with an adjacent 53,000-square-foot development site in a Qualified Opportunity Zone, it’s currently on the market for $70 million.

A B6 team of Ben Efraimov, Andrew Winwood and Nikola Cosic is representing owner Doron Pergament. The property is enrolled in the 421-A tax abatement program, and consists of 126 rent-stabilized apartments and one commercial medical office space.

Ocean Blue boasts a prime beachfront location in the quickly evolving Far Rockaway community, B6 says. It was built in 2009, and was renovated and updated in 2016 with amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room and a private outdoor beach area with cabanas.
