B6 Markets DT New Rochelle Site

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been retained to sell 240 North Ave., a 16,610-square-foot lot, along with a 33,250-square-foot office and retail building, in downtown New Rochelle, NY. With an asking price of $28 million, the site offers nearly 465,000 square feet of development capability.

“Westchester County has seen significant interest from commercial and residential developers and New Rochelle, in particular, has benefited from the recent rezoning allowing for a variety of development to spring up,” said B6’s Thomas Donovan. “This site at 240 North Ave. offers a unique opportunity to develop up to a total of nearly half a million square feet in the burgeoning downtown area for various end-uses.”

Donovan is marketing the property on behalf of seller North Star Commercial, along with his B6 colleagues Eugene Kim, Tommy Lin, Brad Rutkin and Robert Rappa.
