B6 Lists Williamsburg Assemblage of Development Site, Cash-Flowing Retail

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been retained to sell 87 Wythe Avenue Assemblage, a mix of existing high-end retail and a prime development site in Williamsburg. It’s listed for $65 million.

Paul Massey, Bryan Kirk, Robert Moore, DJ Johnston and Christian Kane of B6 are marketing the assemblage, which is comprised of a 37,000-square-foot, cash-flowing Class-A retail building and a 53,000-buildable-square-foot commercial development site. The turn-key commercial building has a variety of high-end tenants in-place, including co-working space, health & wellness, and food & beverage concepts.

The assemblage represents an opportunity for an investor/developer to generate nearly $2.5 million in gross income, while planning and developing a new commercial space on one of Williamsburg’s most trafficked and sought-after corridors, says B6. It’s located across from three major hotels: The Hoxton, The Wythe and The William Vale, and mainstays such as Brooklyn Bowl & Brooklyn Brewery.
