B6 Finalizes Sale of Midwood Warehouse Duo

B6 Real Estate Advisors has completed the sale of 1490 & 1497 McDonald Ave., two single-story warehouses totaling 35,250 square feet in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood, for $17 million. The firm’s Bobby Lawrence and Jermaine Pugh represented the seller, MMAH LLC.

The deal showcases the deep user market for industrial properties under $20 million. The buyers, Allure Group, plan to use the property as a flex office space and warehouse for their businesses.

Midwood is an emerging neighborhood in south central Brooklyn that is increasingly popular with investors, developers and young professionals. Nearby public transportation is available from the F Train at Avenue N, offering a 30-minute train ride to Manhattan. Easy access by car is provided by the nearby Prospect Expressway and the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel provides convenient access to Manhattan.
