Vice chairman Adelaide Polsinelli of Compass is marketing a development site in Queens' Jamaica neighborhood

B6, Compass’ Polsinelli Team to Sell Flushing Site

Vice chairman Adelaide Polsinelli of Compass and a B6 Real Estate Advisors team of vice chairman Thomas Donovan and directors Andy Chen and Tommy Lin have been hired to market for sale a development site on Northern Boulevard in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens.

The property is located at 144-28/144-36 Northern Blvd. The site offers a developer the potential to build approximately 68,971 square feet with the community facility bonus in its current zoning.

The property is located in a rapidly expanding market, with an influx of office, hotel and retail developments all set to have a substantial economic impact.

“This exceptional property offers generous frontage and visibility on Northern Boulevard, making it ideal new condo development,” said Polsinelli. “This is one of the last sites of its kind offering developers, a unique situation for not only residential but also retail, medical, educational and office uses.”
