B6 Brings Mott Haven Development Site to Market

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been retained as the exclusive agents of sale for 338-344 Grand Concourse, a development site in the Mott Haven neighborhood of The Bronx offering the opportunity to build up to 78,624 square feet. The firm’s Mitchell Flaherty has the assignment.

Listed for $10.95 million, this site presents the opportunity for an investor to be a part of New York City’s most active development zone. The site enables a developer to create a ground-up high-rise, mixed use project with extensive views of the New York skyline. It is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone.

Mott Haven has seen tremendous growth due to increased investment from the private and public sectors, according to B6. Transportation infrastructure and convenience have attracted institutional capital to Mott Haven, with over 9.5 million square feet of commercial development and 7,300 residential units coming on line within the area.
