B6 Brings Industry Veteran Simon Aboard for NJ Ops

Investment sales brokerage B6 Real Estate Advisors, led by industry veteran Paul Massey, has named David A. Simon (pictured) as executive managing director of New Jersey operations and as a partner of the firm. Simon most recently was market leader for the New Jersey region at Colliers International.

“David is a pivotal addition to our firm as he takes leadership of our operations in the New Jersey market,” said B6 COO Neil Heilberg. “We are building a next-generation brokerage firm in investment sales and capital advisory services, and will greatly benefit from David’s extensive experience, strategic insights and relationships as well as his commitment to our technology-forward platform.”

Before joining Colliers, Simon was executive managing director in charge of New Jersey operations at Massey Knakal Realty Services, co-founded by Massey and Robert Knakal. Simon brings more than three decades’ experience in management, operational and financial performance, recruiting and brokerage to B6.
