B6 Arranges Multi-Tenant Retail Sale in Corona

B6 Real Estate Advisors handled the sale of 106-20 Corona Ave. in Corona, Queens for $3.16 million. The property is located across the street from the renowned Park Side Restaurant.

The 10,550-square-foot property consists of three retail tenants, two of which are restaurants that remained opened through the pandemic – Don Alex and Paraiso Colombiano. The third tenant is clothing shop Irene’s Fashion.

Thomas Donovan, Tommy Lin, Eugene Kim, Robert Rappa, and Bradley Rutkin, all of B6, represented seller Chris Valsamos. The buyer was Simko Aranbeyev, who acquired the property as an investment.

The sale demonstrates that demand for free market properties in well-located areas continues to surge, says B6.
