B6 Adds Marketing Director, Trio of Territory Managers

B6 Real Estate Advisors has named Dion Duyck as the firm’s managing director of marketing and communications. The recently-launched advisory firm has also hired Ben Efraimov as senior director and Jermaine Pugh and Robert Stufano as directors, investment sales, overseeing northeast Queens, Brooklyn and the Upper East Side, respectively.

Duyck most recently served as the chief marketing officer of Eastern Consolidated. Previously, she worked with B6 founder Paul Massey (pictured) as director of marketing at Massey Knakal Realty Services, and expanded her role once the firm was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield.

The three new territory managers are joining as B6 continues expanding its base. “Ben, Jermaine and Robert are representative of the next generation of professionals we are aiming to attract and support as they evolve into leaders in the industry,” said B6 COO Neil Heilberg.
