B6 Adds Its Capital Advisory Director to NJ Team

B6 Real Estate Advisors has approximately 500,000 square feet in property listings across Hudson and Union Counties in New Jersey, totaling $75 million in value. Because of the rapid growth of B6’s presence and portfolio in New Jersey, the Manhattan-based advisory firm has added Peter Cabrera, director of Capital Advisory, to the team in the Garden State.

“We are very bullish on our continued expansion in the NJ market with many active listings and recent closed transactions,” said Yanni Marmarou, director at B6, who is spearheading the Hudson and Union County listings. “With NJ’s competitive housing market and the rise in remote work, demand is increasing further outside of NYC.”

Maramrou continued, “Adding Peter to the Hudson County team provides our clients with best-in-class capital advisory services and positions us to serve as a one-stop resource for any major capital event an owner in the market is facing.”
