B6 Adds Capital Markets Veteran Trisha Connolly

B6 Real Estate Advisors has hired Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in its capital advisory division. Connolly has originated more than $5 billion of capital markets financing across the U.S. and is B6’s first female team leader. She’ll be joined at B6 by her team, which includes Lynn Marcello and Nicole Schmidt.

Team Connolly will partner with B6’s investment sales teams in the Lower Manhattan territories of New York City, and focus on servicing their existing and growing client base while improving access to capital.

“Trisha is one of the dominant debt and equity brokers in the country, and her addition to the B6 team will both elevate the profile of the capital advisory division and bolster the brand of our firm,” said Joe Tufariello, president of B6’s capital advisory division.

Prior to joining B6, Connolly was a partner and managing director at Alpha Capital CRE in Chicago.
