B.H. Properties Taps CBRE to Lease, Manage The Reserve at Park Ten
CBRE has been selected by B.H. Properties to lease and manage The Reserve at Park Ten, a Class A, 145,144-square-foot office building in Houston. The owner acquired the property at 15721 Park Row on the metro’s west side from CapLease Inc.
The main tenant, WorleyParsons, put 130,282 square feet of the space up for sublease in 2016; the lease expires in December 2019. According to a CBRE press release, approximately 140,000 square feet is available for lease. B.H. Properties is currently upgrading the building lobby and tenant lounge in the 10-year-old building, with Kirksey Architects the designer. The upgrades, scheduled for completion in 2020, will also include a new tenant conference facility.
