B Group Capital Spends $39M on Four-Office Group in Charlotte

B Group Capital Management has completed its $38.5-million acquisition of four buildings (I, III, IV, and V) within the 260,620-square-foot The Grove office park in Charlotte, NC. The purchase is the company’s first in Charlotte

“Both the property and the market are consistent with our post-pandemic acquisition program, and we are looking forward to expanding our footprint in this area,” added Sebastian Barbagallo, CEO of B Group Capital Management.

Rob Cochran, Bill Harrison, Nolan Ashton, and Samir Idris of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Stream Realty Partners and Harbert Management Corporation.

As part of The Grove office park, the buildings benefit from a dedicated amenity center for tenants, parking ratio of 4.5 per 1,000 square feet and outdoor common areas and walking trails. The park is in Charlotte’s broader University Research Park, which is home to several nationally recognized companies. Its location provides visibility and access to Charlotte’s workforce.
