Azzura Moves Forward on ph Premiere, Orlando

Azzura Development, based in New York City, will soon launch development on Planet Hollywood International’s debut hotel-condo brand, ph Premiere Resort-Residences, Orlando. The flagship property, consisting of 547 condominium units and hotel rooms, is slated to open in 2018.

The project is on the shore of the 400-acre Lake Bryan, in Orlando’s Lake Buena Vista District. Amenities include a pool, a 12,000-square-foot fitness center, and onsite dining.
