Aztec/Shaffer Expands with Leases Totaling 251K SF

Aztec/Shaffer LLC expanded its presence in Houston, with its two divisions signing renewal and relocation transactions. The leases, negotiated separately, total 250,697 square feet. John S. Parsley SIOR, Gary Mabray SIOR, and Judd Harrison of Colliers International represented Aztec/Shaffer LLC in both lease transactions.

Aztec Events & Tents stayed put at 601 W. 6th St., renewing its deal with landlord Todd & Paige Johnson Family Trust, represented by The Deal Co. Aztec/Shaffer’s other division, Shaffer Sports & Events, relocated to Houston, taking town 125,000 square feet at 10901 Tanner Rd. Landlord Exeter Property Group LLC was represented by David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, Greg Barra, CCIM, SIOR, and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial.
