AY Markets Retail Along Upper West Side “Wellness Corridor”

Avison Young is marketing an Upper West Side retail condominium for sale or lease on behalf of owner Naftali Group. The 2,369-square-foot unit, on the ground floor of a high-end residential tower at 221 W. 77th St., has an asking  sale price of $3.75 million.

“This is an outstanding retail space situated in the heart of Manhattan’s ‘wellness corridor’ between Broadway and Amsterdam avenues,” said Avison Young principal James Nelson. “This unit affords a tenant or investor a great opportunity for retail, fitness or a boutique medical-office space.”

Within a block of the retail condo are Equinox, SoulCycle, New York Sports Club, Pure Yoga and Central Park Taekwondo along with Joe + the Juice, Chop’t and Juice Press.

Nelson is marketing the property in tandem with Avison Young colleagues Jedd Nero, Howard Aaron, Brent Glodowski and Willis Fries.
