Axioma Expands to Two Floors at RFR’s 17 State

Axioma Inc. has expanded to two floors at RFR Realty’s 17 State St. The global risk management and portfolio construction services provider has signed a lease for 30,000 square feet, expanding its existing footprint by approximately 7,234 square feet.

“Axioma has been a highly-valued tenant at 17 State Street for over a decade, and this is their fourth expansion within the property,” said AJ Camhi, director of leasing at RFR. “We are pleased to continue our partnership together.”

Camhi represented RFR in-house with Ryan Silverman, along with JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, John Wheeler and Clayton Kline. CBRE’s Clyde Reetz advised the tenant.

In addition, two leases were signed on 17 State’s third floor. FGC Capital leased a 2,463-square-foot unit, and Friendly Capital renewed for 3,899 square feet. Represented by Lee & Associates NYC’s Peter Shakalis, Friendly Capital has been a 17 State St. tenant for more than 16 years.
