Axiom Global Wireless Launches Independent Brokerage Firm

Axiom Global Wireless founders and co-principals CEO David Moore and COO Amber Brandhagen announced the launch of their independent advisory and brokerage firm to serve landowners, investors and developers with their cellular tower leasing and site buyout requirements, and related telecommunications services. The launch comes at a time when 5G service is surging nationwide.

Moore originally created a niche business for his cellular tower services brokerage practice in 2008, when he was a broker with NAI Capital in Southern California’s Inland Empire market. Later, he teamed up with Brandhagen to take the business nationwide and affiliated with the NAI Global network for several years.

“Because we were branded with NAI, brokers from the leading national brands as well as boutique brokerages thought it could be a conflict of interest to do business with us,” said Moore. “Plus, building owners often have their preferred brokerage teams as representatives. So, a big reason we wanted to launch a truly independent practice is so we can clearly work with anyone.“

Brandhagen added, “We also have expertise that helps property owners significantly enhance the value of their building assets, particularly creating easements for cell tower lease sales. An easement is a recorded agreement granting a third party, usually a wireless infrastructure company, the right to access and use a portion of an owner’s property for a wireless communications facility and control it for 99 years, or permanently. These arrangements increase rent revenue and increase sale pricing in a property transfer.”

Exhibiting their leadership in the real estate-related wireless communications industry, Axiom Global Wireless publishes an annual , with years of proprietary rental rates accumulated from the top Tower Companies in the U.S., and carriers including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.

“The number one question we get from landlords and owners is, ‘am I receiving market rent for my cell site,’ and we wanted to have a foundation for the subsequent advice we provide,” said Moore.
