Axiom Capital Secures $5M Acquisition Loan for Virginia Retail Plaza
Axiom Capital Corp. has secured a $5 million acquisition loan for Hoadly Marketplace, a 47,935-square-foot grocery-anchored retail plaza in Manassas, VA.
Located at 6308-6356 Hoadly Road, the retail center features a tenant mix that includes Pizza Hut, Snap Fitness, a nail salon, dentist and primary care center as well as a Food Lion. Additionally, the property is shadow anchored by a 14,690-square-foot CVS Pharmacy location.
Axiom secured a seven-year acquisition loan with a 25-year amortization schedule on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. The lender was also undisclosed.
