Axiom Capital Funds $3M Refi of Retail-Office Condo on Daniel Island
Axiom Capital Corporation has structured and arranged a $2.6-million permanent loan (seven-year, fixed rate, non-recourse) for the refinance of a mixed-use building in the Daniel Island submarket of Charleston, SC. The three-story, five-unit retail/office condominium building is currently 100% occupied by a diverse group of tenants.
The asset’s perch in Daniel Island is 20 minutes from the downtown peninsula of historic Charleston. The development of Daniel Island began in the early 1990s and it is known as “Charleston’s Island Town where people live, work, and play.”
