Crescent Communities’ AXIAL Industrial will start construction on two-building industrial property within the Antrim Business Park in Rock Hill, SC.

AXIAL Industrial by Crescent Communities Preps to Start 271K-SF Facility in Rock Hill

Charlotte, NC-based Crescent Communities’ AXIAL Industrial brand is slated start construction on AXIAL Southgate 77, a two-building 270,557-square-foot industrial property in Rock Hill, SC.

AXIAL Southgate 77 will offer 32-foot clear heights, rear-load capacity, concrete tilt-wall construction, and ample parking for future tenants. One of the buildings is a build-to-suit for Goodwill Industries, which totals 50,276 square feet and will serve as one of the company’s Southern Piedmont regional locations.

The second building within the development will total 220,281 square feet.

AXIAL Southgate 77 is located within the Antrim Business Park on Galleria Boulevard, with access to I-77 at Dave Lyle Boulevard to the north or Highway 21 to the south. 

Crescent Communities’ industrial portfolio totals $800 million across 58 projects, and over 15 million square feet of completed, under construction or planned projects, including AXIAL 301 Manatee (Bradenton, FL), AXIAL Crosspoint (Greenville, SC) and AXIAL Bonds Farm (Concord, NC).
