
Award-Winning Entertainment Company Relocates to PDC’s RedBuilding
A24, an independent entertainment company, leased the entire 12th floor of the Pacific Design Center’s RedBuilding in West Hollywood. A24 is relocating from its current location on Beverly Boulevard to 25,000 square feet in the 400,000-square-foot Class A office building at 8687 Melrose Ave.
Founded as A24 Films in New York City in 2012, the Academy Award-winning company specializes in film distribution and film and television production, and has been experiencing rapid expansion. Its roster of films includes Lady Bird, The Disaster Artist, and First Reformed, and TV shows Playing House and Comrade Detective.
Savills Studley’s Robert Cavaiola represented A24. Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation’s Marc Horowitz represented the landlord in-house.
The Pacific Design Center is a 1.6-million-square-foot, 14-acre campus that is the West Coast’s largest multi-use facility with more than 120 showrooms and 2,200 interior product lines, restaurants, a theater, conference center and office space.
