Avon Subleases to Relocating Tenant at 777 Third

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a long-term sublease at 777 Third Ave. on behalf of sublessor Avon Products. The subtenant, Compliance Solutions Strategies, is occupying the entire 10th floor, totaling 24,650 square feet, in a headquarters relocation from 3 E. 54th St.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Dale Schlather, with Jonathan Fales, Michael Burlant, Heather Thomas and Greg Herman, along with a team led by Michael Katz of ACTIO Corporate Asset Advisors, represented Avon. Jonathan Plotkin and Taylor Bell of Colliers International represented Compliance Solutions Strategies.

“This modern space with its flexible, open layout is an ideal fit for the subtenant,” said Schlather. “Additionally, the property’s Midtown location and accessibility to Grand Central Terminal makes 777 Third a very attractive opportunity.”

Avon has now subleased six of the nine floors available at 777 Third. An additional 73,950 square feet remains available.
