Avnet Moves into Former GoDaddy HQ

ElmTree Funds sold 2155 East GoDaddy Way to Avnet, a leading global technology distributor and solutions provider. The 150,000-square-foot Class A office building will serve as Avnet’s new global headquarters.

Transwestern’s Jim Fijan, Jack Fijan, and Scott Baumgarten represented ElmTree Funds in the sale. Currently headquartered at 2211 South 47th Street in Phoenix, Avnet plans to move into the building in mid-2026.

Built in 2014, 2155 East GoDaddy Way most recently served as GoDaddy, Inc.’s corporate headquarters. Notable outdoor amenities include pickleball courts, a skate park, basketball and volleyball courts, and soccer field. Interior amenities include a full-service kitchen, conference and training rooms, and numerous huddle rooms, as well as a full gym, locker rooms and shower facilities, a yoga room, and a game center.

The building is in the ASU Research Park, a top research and corporate business park, home to dozens of the region’s top companies.
