Avison’s Nelson Team Markets Quartet of Properties
The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young has been named the exclusive sales agent for four new listings Downtown and in Midtown. The properties include a multifamily building at 52 E. 7th St., a retail condominium with five units at 300 W. 23rd St., a prime mixed-use asset at 357 Bleecker St., and a development site at 347 Lexington Ave.
Asking prices are $9.25 million for 52 E. 7th, $11,950,000 for 300 W. 23rd and $6 million for 357 Bleecker. For 347 Lexington, Avison Young is requesting offers.
