The New York Department of State signed a five-year renewal for approximately 45,000 square feet at 123 William St.

Avison’s Korren Completes 7 Office Leases

Avison Young’s New York office completed seven office leases across Lower Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan and Long Island. Teams led by principal Todd Korren arranged the transactions.

The transactions included:

• Liberty Re Properties, 3250 square feet at 1140 Ave. of the Americas. Korren represented landlord NYC REIT.
• Korren also represented NYC REIT in an 8,293-square-foot lease for LHi Group at 123 William St.
• Also at 123 William, 2,667 square feet for law firm Lavietis & Solowitz.
• A 7,500-square-foot sublease for public relations firm Bold at 450 Park Ave. South. Korren represented sub-landlord Roku.
• A 2,700-square-foot lease for A L Diamond, a homeware showroom, at 28 W. 36th St. Korren and associates Matt Pynn and Rachel Rosenfeld represented the landlord, an affiliate of Rose & Berg Realty.
• A 2,183-square-foot renewal for Rutter Associates at One Grand Central Place. Korren and director Albert Wu represented the tenant.
• A 1,325-square-foot renewal for attorney James Green at 900 Merchants Concourse in Westbury, NY. Korren and Long Island colleagues Ted Stratigos and Amanda Gorozdi represented ownership, an affiliate of Hornig Capital Partners and Vectra Management.
