Avison Young’s Squillante Arranges Two Houston Leases

Avison Young principal Anthony Squillante arranged a relocation and a renewal within Houston’s CBD. In one transaction, Goree Architects signed for 14,206 square feet of office space in a move to Sage Plaza, 5151 San Felipe St. in the Galleria submarket.

Goree Architects was represented by Squillante and associate Collin Roach. Landlord Granite Barnhart Sage Plaza LP was represented by CBRE’s Nina Seyyedin and Jason Presley.

“As a result of this move, our client’s employees will enjoy a newly renovated, amenity-rich building with a great, well-capitalized landlord,” said Squillante.

At 801 Louisiana, engineering consulting firm RCP Inc. renewed its 12,250-square-foot lease, represented by Squillante and VP Josh Morrow. The landlord, 801 Louisiana Partners, L.P., was represented by Boxer Property’s Trey Miller.

“RCP has called 801 Louisiana home for approximately 10 years and I am pleased that we could assist them with extending their stay for even longer,” Squillante said.
